General Description: Tiny, blonde, and angry. Physically strong from being a hunter. She's stand offish if she doesn't feel safe, but once she gets to know she's funny and loyal. Claire can be a bit of a black and white thinker, she was raised in a strict religious environment and hasn't quite worked through it yet. She has a small trace of angel grace in her soul, which gives her a little extra strength and endurance.

Distinguishing Marks: Claire has scars on her arms, legs, chest, and back from her life as a hunter. All of these are minor scars

Personality: Claire uses sarcasm and flippant humour to cover up her vulnerability. However, she's very kind and wants to help people (which is why she's a hunter). With her friends, she's silly, soft, and quite sweet. She loves hard and tries to hold people at a distance in an effort to keep herself from being hurt.

Alignment: Claire is extremely loyal to her people. Once you wrong someone she loves, she will hold a grudge forever. She will take revenge if she feels the need. She has her own moral code and will follow that in opposition to rules or conventions. At her core, she is deeply loving and kind.

Sexuality and Gender Identity: Claire is a cis woman and pansexual, but primarily attracted to women. She doesn't often engage in casual sex; she needs to feel a connection with someone to feel safe enough to have sex. However, she's nonjudgemental about other people's sex lives.

Romantic Inclinations: Claire forms romantic feelings when she feels connected to someone. Because she's so stand offish, she doesn't often form the kind of relationship that becomes romantic. If she does develop romantic feelings, she falls deeply in love and has a hard time getting over it. She sometimes forms crushes but for them ost part won't pursue them.


Upbringing: Claire is the only child of Amelia and Jimmy Novak. She grew up in Pontiac Illinois, in a deeply religious home. She herself was a believer until she was 10 years old and met the angel Castiel. Castiel used her as a vessel, after having kidnapped Jimmy for a year. This encounter with the angel and the Winchester brothers, then embroiled in a war between Heaven and Hell, changed the course of her life. Her mother's mental and physical health deteriorated and she was placed in foster care. After a series of unsuccessful placements, she ended up on her own on the road at the age of 16. She deeply resents Castiel and Sam and Dean Winchester for ruining her life and breaking her faith in God.

If you have an idea for something involving that, I'd appreciate being asked first. don't kill Claire unless we've talked about it. Please don't godmod, though putting hands on Claire or moving her if it makes sense in the thread is okay (for example: if the characters are on a hunt and Claire is in imminent danger, you cna move her out of the line of danger). Canon Supernatural characters shouldn't assume a relationship with Claire, as she's canon-divergent; I was writing her on tumblr before they brought her back on the show so i have my own headcanons and backstory.

Plot Preferences: Angst, fluff, and smut are acceptable, though the smut will have to be diuscussed given Claire's feelings about sex. Open to AUs of all kinds and crossovers. i love OCs and so does Claire
